A new year

I’ve done a pretty poor job of updating the site. Life, as it often does, has taken over.

My father passed away just a few weeks ago. That’s worthy of an entire post, but I need some distance. People have been wonderful to me and my family, but I’m in the stage where I’m haunted by what has happened.

Beyond the support of family and friends, I’m trying to be busy. When I have too much on my plate I can stop thinking about sadness. Convention season is starting up. RET-CON will be here in a few short weeks, and it will be great to see people and do panels. If the last month has taught me anything it’s to appreciate the people I love and treat every goodbye as if it could be the last one. I hope I see some of you. I am always open to hugs.

FRIDAY 4 pm- I will need to race like a bat out of hell to get there in time for Archetypes – The 6 Monsters, where I propose that every monster can be put into one or more of 6 categories. Jason Gilbert will be there to tell me I’m wrong

FRIDAY at 8- WRITING YOUR FIRST NOVEL, with a star studded cast including Misty Massey, Gabriel Hargrave, Bobby Nash, and the Man himself, John Hartness!
SATURDAY 10am- WHEN SATURDAY MORNING RULED- the glory days of kids TV

SATURDAY at 9 pm- HORROR IN THE 1980s

SUNDAY 11 am- FIXING THE MCU
